good luck with finding healthy food you like ... my diet was turned upside down! but try not to worry about weight gain - if you keep active durning the pregnancy, the wieght will come off pretty easily afterwards. also, breastfeeding helps the partum pounds disappear. bear in mind though, it takes a while!

saw that you were sick...I know I haven't really talked to you but thought I would suggest things that helped me while I was preggers. I got sick ALOT..always alot of snot throat and cough (besides the normal mornig sickness that lasted until I was about 5months)
Throat...sea salt water gargeling also listerine gargles help as well and it will clear out your sinuses if not for just a second.
Cough...really not much you can do about this..do steam sleep with a humidiferer, also closing up the bathroom and doing in there (get use to this one with a baby you do this if they get sick when real young) also for some reason going out into the cold air (or opening up your freezer it hasn't been super cold lately) it helps your lungs a little
and the neti pot should be helping. Also saline spray up the nose (also something I use on them)
Be careful with tea but always call up your doctor if you are really feeling like poo. Hope you feel better....it really is a horrible time to get a cold
