The friends I've made on SG are the best friends anyone could ever ask for.
Seriously you guys have been there for me through so much. You've been a shoulder to cry on, a place to share my fears and my joys and many of you have actually been there for me in real life when I've needed a hand.
I feel exactly the same way about you and all my other friends here. I shudder to think what my life would have been like without the support of everyone here.

I used to volunteer for my congressman, Gary Ackerman. I'm going to call his office and speak with someone that I used to work with on one of Ackerman'e campaign. Nothing like the personal touch to have a better chance to be heard.
Just got back from the ER with T. (and the whole family, but T was the reason we were there)
She fell and hit her head, she needed 4 stitches in her forehead.
My brother is going to bike from Vancouver to Halifax!
