the other day, i bought some pants in express and i bought the wrong size.. they were on sale so i can't take them back. oh well looks like i really gotta get back in shape if plan to fit in these thing,eh. i took a production job for 8 months last year and i worked 12 hour shifts every day (the late shift) and all i did was sit at desk editng video. that job was a physical sabotage. i should have saw it coming cause my colleges were out of shape and unhealthy. now i get my shit back together and makin it happen. i went from 165 to 195 and it all went to my hips and thighs. which is horrible cause as a martial artist, i am a kicker.no worries im wearing my sliming pants and belt when have conversations with the concrete (running). i got 1 year til my black belt test. here I go.
