i went out with kidmorlock last night for st. patty's day. we had a good time, though i was terribly tired and not much of a conversationist.



the bathroom painting is done! everything is put back in other than the one towel hook that is MIA. but i'm soooo happy with my new bathroom--it looks brand-new and clean and happy. there's a pic of it in my Misc folder.

yes, i'm in a better mood today, in no small part due to kidmorlock. well, and all of you for cheering me up. *mwah*

p.s. my new favorite amusement is going to home depot alone with pigtails in my hair and tormenting the old men. i just went for some new rollers/paintbrushes/tape so i can paint the bathroom, and one guy had to exclaim from across the main aisle "you know, i can paint too." and then the checkout guy was like "are you doing this yourself? this looks like a big project." and i was like "yes i am. and painting a bathroom isn't a big project, landscaping a yard is, and i'm starting that next week." hahahahaha.

though it makes me really sad that men in this country are still amazed by women who are capable of more than dinner and baby production. i mean, come on, it's painting fercryinoutloud!!!
