9-21 (almost midnight) UPDATE: The offer was accepted and he signed the contract. As long as he doesn't see anything he doesn't like in my HOA rules and budget I am good to go. I am also going to see if I am manage both closings on the same day so I don't have to wait four days between moves. Wish me luck!

Ok.... Someone put down an offer... As long as all the paperwork works out then the townhouse closing will be Oct 28th and the new house closing will be Oct 31st. That means I'll be homeless for a few days but Mom is nearby. I hope that everything with this buyer works out. In a couple weeks I'll be going out to the new place to get some estimates on the car port, wood deck, sunroom, fencing, and yard work.

I am happy but I am really ready for this to be over with. I hate paperwork and waiting and all that.

It also means I will be without SG for like a week!!!

Anyway... In a couple weeks when the lady who lives in my new place is gone I'll go take some pics of the outside and the yard and everything. No inside pics but those can wait til I have it all fixed up anyway.

Ok, I'm tired, pizza is on the way and a movie is about to start on my TV. More house updates later...
