You have to love friends and co workers who like to give people things. One of my co workers decided that he needed to give me 60 pounds of pears today. Since I don't bake there is only one thing that I can think to do with them, make wine! Hey, we all have our talents! smile

Actually I have about 20 gallons of mead, rose and heather, that I have to get bottled sometime this month. There is an apiary about 90 miles from here with awesome honey!
