So it’s Friday evening, and once again I have nothing to do this weekend. For the past few months I’ve been in a bit of a rut, work stress, a rocky relationship and seasonal depression over the holidays. I’m going on a trip in exactly 3 months, I would like to lose 25lbs in that time. I’ve previously lost about 90lbs but I’m still not quite where I want to be. I’ve also been thinking about becoming a SG Hopeful, but I wouldn’t until I feel better about my appearance. This weekend I’d like to read, meal prep, go to the gym and try to be happy. I’m sure this blog sounds like a mess but it’s all the random thoughts in my head. For now, I’m going to enjoy the next few hours watching Netflix in my couch 😊
