it feels like a week of ups and downs right now

my mum told me something today that pretty much knocked me for six, when i was in the last few months of uni, she had a biopsy taken of some moles on her back and they turned out to be skin cancer. at the moment she has been given the all clear, as they have removed the moles and checked the skin that is around them, but she will have to go back in a couple of months to see if they removed everything properly.

i understand why she didnt tell me, she says she didnt want to worr y me so close to my finals, and im glad that they have removed what they needed to, but its the thought of her going through this and im helpless in the situation, i just wanted to b there for her, she had my brother and dad, but i just wanted to give her some support

and right now its raining so hard outside, talk about pathetic fallacy! I've told her this already but i just want my mum too know that i love her more than anything, she rocks
