Gah! I hate my tendency to experiment with computers. I decided to go a little crazy with my friend's Windows XP registry, and things didn't quite go as planned. Somehow, my actions ending up spawning an unlimited number of windows upon clicking a single e-mail link.
Not good.
Nonetheless, all of his files are backed up, anyway, so it's no big deal. I guess I'll just stick to the normal installation, without any serious registry tweaks.

start, shut down. all it does when i do that is restart. I have to hold down the button on the tower for like 30 seconds to get it to shut off or hit the switchin the back. it just says "shutting down..." and then it just restarts instead. sucks.
