Hmm, see, while I want a distro I can get up and running reasonably quick, I have two purposes for wanting to use linux:
-It's open source, and I want to support that
-You can't help but really learn what's going on inside mr. computer.
For the second but, I kinda DO want a bit of a head ache, heh. But you're probably right.. I'm a beginner too so maybe I shouldn't get too crazy to start
