Only two more days until my birthday. I'm gonna see about going out with some friends or something. I don't exactly advertise the fact that it's my birthday to my friends normally (I find it embarrassing.), but I'd like to find something to do over the weekend, anyway.
Maybe go out and have dinner, watch a movie
I just don't fucking feel like going home to visit my family. No, I have nothing against them. I just don't feel like being bored out of my mind on my birthday. Besides, my dad usually forgets it, anyway. *sigh*
Anyway, going out with my friends definitely seems like a good excuse not to go visit my family, especially if such a get-together happens to take place on my birthday. And it's always nice getting together with a few friends. I don't see too many of them very often anymore, which is a shame. Sometimes, I feel as though they understand me better than my own family does.
