Back to work tomorrow.

Aaaaaaanyway…

I've had a lot on my mind. I'm more actively searching for a new place to live, and I've been thinking about what I need to consider before deciding on a place. So far, I've determined that my new place absolutely must meet the following criteria:

• broadband Internet access available (can't live without it)
• electrical outlets every six feet (not a problem with newer places)
• low ceilings (to reduce heating costs)
• on-site laundry facilities (preferably private)
• pets allowed (for Hammie's sake)



Any other ideas?
