What're your ten favorite movie scenes of all-time? I was thinking about this last night as I was preparing to watch "The Breakfast Club" for the umpteenth time this week. Here are mine, in no particular order…

• the bat control scene in "Batman Begins", when Batman makes the bats follow him during his drop down the spiral staircase

• the beach scene in "The Jerk", when Marie and Navin sing together

• the business card comparison scene in "American Psycho"

• the dancing scene in "The Breakfast Club", especially when Molly Ringwald is dancing on the stairs…mmm (I hate Molly Ringwald in general, yet I love her in this movie.)

• the final confrontation with the Emperor in "Return of the Jedi", when Darth Vader finally makes his turnaround

• the lunch scene in "Toys", in which LL Cool J complains about his food touching

• the phone booth scene in "Amlie", when Dominique Bretodeau gets his box back

• the post-victory scene in "Gladiator", in which Maximus reveals his true identity to Commodus in the Colosseum

• the reunion scene in "A Knight's Tale", when William is reunited with his father

• the tractor scene in "Footloose"

Your picks, anyone?
sky:

1. Eternal Sunshine - when they wake up on the bed on the beach

2. Trainspotting - when he swims down the toilet

3. Sin City - When all the girls in Old Town are on the roof shooting down

4. Annie Hall - when they are waiting in queue for the cinema

5. Seven - the last scene

6. Say anything... - "friends with potential"

7. Big Fish - The story the son tells as his dad dies

8. Goodbye Lenin! - When she finds out communism has collapsed

9. The Machinest - the ghost train

10. Girl, Interupted - Jolie's poem

That's off the top of my head! in no particualr order x
