My wife and I have been trying to get in shape lately, eating better and exercising. Tonight we did Yoga for the first time, we got yoga mats from Amazon and my wife found a YouTube playlist called "30 Days of Yoga". It was alot more intense than I expected it to be, I enjoyed it and when we were done I felt great. We are going to follow the playlist through to the end doing one every day for the next 29 days. I am looking forward to it, it's going to be a good month. And hopefully the start of something great!
