What is the meaning of life? What is the purpose? We go through life happy,sad and sometimes afraid of the future. We go to work hoping for a good day or at least a tolerable day. We think in our hearts just two more days until the weekend. The weekend comes and goes and then the cycle continues. Everyday is another day closer to death. Nobody knows what the future holds for them but they hope for a long and happy life. I am sure that many people on September 11th before the Jets crashed into the towers were thinking about what they were going to do on the weekend. Thinking about future vacations and so forth. Only God knows when our last day alive on earth will be. We are not going to live forever. We are young now but someday if we are blessed will grow old. Some of use will die young....... What I am saying is. GOD IS REAL. Many of us don't want to believe in him because if we do we are convicted of our wrong doings or sin. We claim to be Atheists to take away the fear of God. Whether we believe in God or not that doesn't matter because He is real. If God is real then we are what he says. He says that we are sinners in need of a Savior.

God is a gentleman. He respects our wishes. If we want to be Atheists and live apart from Him, then he respects that. He will not force us to believe in Him. God gave us free will. He didn't create human beings to be robots and automatically love Him. He gave us a choice to love Him or hate Him. He gave us a choice to obey Him or disobey Him.

Let me explain to the best of my abillity Heaven and Hell.......

Heaven is like a church. Everybody who goes there wants to be there. They are not forced to go. They go to heaven because they believe in God and want to be with Him for eternity. The people in heaven are sinners saved by grace. They saw themselves as dirty sinners and sought the Savior Jesus Christ. They believe that He died on the cross for their sins. They also believe that He rose again so that all who believe in Him will be with Him for eternity in Heaven. The people in Heaven made a choice to believe in God and wanted to be with Him for eternity.

Hell is like a prison. It is a place without God. Have you ever had a very bad day and just wished that it would end? I have. In my mind I had hope because I knew that time keeps moving. The day would end. Hell does not end. It is like a very bad day that keeps going on and on forever. You can't pray it away because God is not there. On Earth you have hope because God is here. He is waiting for you to seek Him so that He can reveal Himself to you. He won't force you to believe in Him but He wants you to believe and love Him! It is your choice to accept Him or reject Him?

If you want a relationship with God, just pray a simple prayer something like this....... Dear Jesus, I want to believe in you. I have an emptiness in my heart. Reveal yourself to me so that I can believe in you. Please come into my heart and take away that emptiness. If you do that for me I promise to do my best to live for you. Be glorified in my life. I want to live with you for eternity. Thank You for loving me and saving me!
In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

If you believe in Jesus with all of your heart and prayed that prayer you are His child for eternity. You will not go to hell. The Holy Spirit made his home inside of you. He is the mark that you are God's child. Jesus will never leave you or forsake you. Have Joy in that. God will give you a purpose for your life.
