I just got back from North East. That is a town in Erie County, Pennsylvania. I had two days off from my job in the garden center. I visited my sister and her husband in North East. I didn't know it but they had a special evening planned for me. My sister had a big smile and said that they were taking me somewhere. I was hoping it was to the beach on Lake Erie but she had other plans. We went to Niagara Falls. It was so much fun there. We went on the Maid of the Mist and got very wet. My hat was soaked and some of the water went in my mouth. It tasted very salty even though the water is fresh water.
One Oriental woman stole my heart. She was so short but had a huge smile. She seemed to be having the time of her life even though she was soaked. She was cute.
It was kinda scary on the way back to Pennsylvania though. My sisters husband doesn't worry to much about having enough gasoline. We were around 20 miles west of Buffalo when the gas light came on. I mentioned it to him and he gave me the thumbs up. He pulled off the interstate and we looked for a gas station. It was around 12:00am and alot of places were closed. I said this kinda reminds me of House of a Thousand Corpses. Nothing was opened in western NewYork. To keep a long story short we did eventually find a gas station. It was a relief! The whole trip was a fun experience.
