well, i'm officially the most unlucky man ever.
in my latest series of dismal events, the TV i bought yesterday has a defective picture tube.
so now i have to pack it back up and take it back to the damn store.
ugh.
and i have to work tomorrow til close, and i have a ticket for Kill Bill V2 at 1030. i swear, if i'm not out by then, i'll just walk away. they won't fire me. it's for QT. they'll understand.
my friend/bandmate bought some monitors and a nice soundcard on ebay, so now we can do stuff.
luckily, i don't need that, cuz my stuff is all digital (unlike his guitar), it goes thru my mic port with minimal sound quality loss. plus i like the idea of making an album with a home pc. give others the knowledge that you don't need elaborate setups.
and i'm poor.
so now that he's for real, i gotta crack down and write some bitchin' SID patches. i been trying to get ahold of the lovely Lucia to see if she could offer some advice, since she obviously knows how to play/program one. but it's harder than you'd think. so i'm just jacking into Luigi and using him as a sequencer.
my friend said he's trying to think of a song to describe himself.
i started thinkin for me...i think i'd go with (wow, there's a long pause here while i think.)
