i've been listening to the Dresden Dolls a lot today.
big fan. both cds and the dvd.

it's just that kind of day.

i had an old man at work call me a fucking idiot for not knowing what he wanted in a camera.
"i want it to go left and right, up and down"
"...you mean like after you've taken the picture? on the preview mode? zoom around it?"
'yes"
"they all do that. you can see the image after it's taken, zoom in, and move around the screen."
"no, i don't want to see what i just took, god dammit"
"do you want the picture you're going to take to move? you have to move for that to happen..."
"listen, i just want to fucking take a picture---"
"dont' swear at me sir."
"---and move left to right. up and down"

"...very well. let me get one of my camera folk from my department"

i threw some other guy at him.

oh the bounties of being a supervisor.
