Seriously though, what is Halloween without some crazy, creative fun costumes!
In Australia, Halloween isn't widely as celebrated as it is overseas. That being said though we still have a lots of young kids going around the neighborhoods trick-or-treating AND we still have lots of costumes themed parties.
Any excuse to let grown ups feel like kids again ❤️ But instead of copies amounts of candy... We replace it with alcohol.
I have two separate instances where I was blown away by how creative some of my friends are..... And how not creative they can be. The photo above was taken in 2013 and yes I'm the short busty pirate in the front 😊
My friend in the gorgeous white dress wanted to create a day of the dead themed costume, but being the kind of lady she is, wanted to make her costume as bright, flowery and colorful as she could. She definitely pulled it off!! Her boyfriend next to her of course complied with a couples costume 💕
Going back a little bit further and this next costume set wasn't exactly from Halloween BUT taken on the night of my 21st birthday which was 50's themed. (I do love me a PinUp)
Circa 2011 when my friends didn't get creative at all and all rocked up to my birthday wearing the same thing!! 😂
50's greaser anyone? Haha bless their beautiful souls 💕
