July has been the worst month of the year for the last 4 years running but July 2014 seems to be taking the cake.
I'm having a rough one guys!
Earlier in the month I got dumped, which is never easy :( And the worst part was it was over a txt msg. A TXT.... Seriously!!! Anywho I've taken a step back and deemed this man unworthy. Next please!
Que the 2nd week of July and at 6am one day my two dogs got attacked by a Bat. A legit BAT!!! It had flown down from a tree in my backyard and somehow managed to get attached to one of my dog's jackets which is made from a knit wool material. Running around in half light trying to detach a bat from my squeeling dog was not how I pictured my morning starting. One emergency trip to the vet and over $200 later my poor little fur babies were vaccinated and treated for any injuries.
They say things come in 3's....
Que week 3 of July- Wednesday started out normal, I had an awesome day at work so I was feeling pretty good when I got home. My big brother greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and gave me a big hug saying he had some sad news. My albino cockatiel had passed away in the afternoon.

She was 10 this year! She used to give the best little snuggles and I miss her dearly <3
Thinking that my bad luck comes in 3's was over I relaxed and then on Thursday just gone on my day off I had been home less than five minutes when a massive bang and loud screeching was heard. I rushed outside to see my street full of smoke and a Green P-plater having just smashed into the back of my car.
Here is the damage- over $4,000 worth :(
Has anyone else experienced a terrible July?? If so, my sympathies to you- Sending healing and good luck your way!!
I'm determined to end the month on a positive note though! August i'm sure will redeem and pull back the rest of the year!
I'm hopefully doing a shoot with @exkyu in August which i'm super excited about. It'll be my 2nd set!
In mid September my first set 'Blue Monday' goes live in MR :) Shot by the absolutely amazing @Puffin
A few days after that on September 25th I fly out to Africa for the trip of a lifetime!! Nearly 20 days on a Safari! Beyond excited for this!!
