had a little chat with my boss today. not something that i like to do very often. he's all business and well, this was about business and my "image" in the company. apparently something on my work laptop keeps hitting entertainment websites and since the company i work with logs ALL internet activity, i've been highlighted as a non worker.

i don't surf the net at work, i uninstalled all my fancy web plugings to get data automatically last month and also a plugin for winamp that keeps track of my music. the only thing that's left was msn messenger and yahoo messenger.

so to all those that i chat with at work, unfortunatly i will not be able to do so again. emails might be the only escape for some type of chat.

if the same thing happens next month, i'm just going to hand over my laptop and say, you figure it out. there's nothing on here that's even entertaining in the least. i hate being blamed for stuff like that. i'm begining to wonder if someone at work is using my ip address.

oh well, back to being a code grunt full time.
