ok, normally i eat really healthy food. organic, lots of steamed greens and brown rice, alla that.

then, just recently, i discovered FROZEN WHITECASTLE CHEESEBURGERS in my grocer's freezer!

in other news, i'm also a really huge fan of custard pie.

odd how modern dentistry has made the wisdom tooth obsolete. it'd have some use if we didn't go to dentists and things fell out normal.

hhmm . . . insomnia strikes again.

i wish i was a witch. not, like, a wiccan, but an old-style village witch with herbs drying from the rafters and tons of knowledge and midwifery skills. alla that. then i could brew up some sleeping draught.

i _have_ tried chamomile, which is kinda calming but is relatively weak. valerian is really supposed to do the trick,...

There's always the 'sniffly, sneezy, how the hell did I end up on my kitchen floor medicine.'

How about melatonin? A lot of people swear by it, but it made me have these weird dream-type things as I was falling asleep. I'm really sensitive to that stuff. And good old Sleepytime Tea by Celestial Seasonings helps me.

i'm seriously devoting my entire weekend* to revising a three-page grant proposal. i know, but 1) it's the stickler poem-editor in me, and 2) i really need the $! as long as this type of revision is confined to the page, and doesn't bleed over into how i view myself, or other people.

*i have taken several...

*sigh* off to salvation army to scout out that perfect pair of fire-engine red 40's pumps to re-sell on ebay. off to meet my sliding-scale $ quota for the day. this is without sarcasm: i love being a bottomfeeder! without us, the social fabric would just remain dusty in someoen's attic somewhere.

i love drunken, latenight, overly-exuberant phone messages from friends professing love ten different ways. especially if my ringer's off and i don't hear them 'til next morning wink

i think i have a problem with smiling women which probably reflects some sort of media-induced brainwashing. i just noticed that my profile pic, as well as the profile pics of my favorites, and in fact all the pics in my favorites folder (save 2 that allow for a sort of "knowing" smirk/sneer) are deadpan. fashion models don't smile, right? at least, not the high-fashion...

I think smiling is cute. I tend not to show my teef, cuz, I don't really like my teef. THinking about working on that, actually.... I know it's superficial, but you only live once so you might as well enjoy it.

HOW WAS YOUR SHOOT!?????????????

I love to smile and I think all my pics have smiles in them!

I could definitely choose good sushi over chocolate!
