k, here's the story. a few years back, i enjoyed a brief but intense flirtation with a british gentleman who shall remain nameless. nary a kiss was exchanged, which is hard to believe, because our time together was just so nuts. it was limited tho - he was on tour with his band. i didn't know he was a musician when we met, but his band is awesome and it became one of my favorites. so we wrote for a while, then drifted.
then, lo, a copy of his new cd just arrived in my mailbox. he's signed to ---- records now, which is great cuz they have crazy distro. i almost puked when i glanced down the titles listing and saw that track four was my (real) first name. it just looks so naked. the refrain is "oh ------ , from the moment we met we let it get out of control." true. you had to be there, i guess, but trust me. and no, my name is not asshole. at least, that's not what they call me to my face.

Should I be scared of braving the one-way streets alone, or bravely forge on? It might be more fun to meet up at the rather large parking garage and commute together so's if I get lost (and knowing me. . . .) you wouldn't have to wait for me all night and try to guide me back on course via cellphones. Let me know what you think, and I will follow your lead.
