Taking a day off from working out was definitely the right call yesterday. I feel so much more refreshed and recharged today.
If there's one thing I would change about work, it would be the complete lack of music. Luckily I carry a soundtrack around in my head for whatever I'm doing at the moment. Lately I've had the Honest Trailer for Frozen going through my head, along with some of the alternate lyrics for "Let It Go". I think I'm going to sit down and watch this movie one of these days. I'm not opposed to watching Disney movies, I just don't very often because so many of them seem to be garbage these days.
I have so much birthday cake that still needs to get eaten, not to mention the frozen custard I made last weekend. It's really hard to stay at or below 250 when I keep making so many delicious foods on the weekends. One of these days I'm going to make them cinnamon roll pancakes, and then it's all going to be over except for the insulin injections.
