Any fellow PDXers out there that like sushi and techno music, then you should check out Electrofish at 610 NW Couch St. It's between Satyricon and the Roseland. There's excellent sushi and good drinks to be had while listening to some groovy techno. I just checked it out today for the first time. I thought it was great. It's even open until 2 AM for some fine late night sushi dining. The food is good and the atmosphere is awesome!
