Blog homework - share your favourite creepy stories

Hi all. First time iv done blog homework (correctly i think) so a little raw but this one caught my eye

I remember when i was around 16 the group of friends i went around with wanted to see what the ouija board, i wasnt sure to begin with but i was a little sceptical so i though ok lets give it a try. We all blamed each other for moving the counter until we asked who we were speaking too. They gave us a name of someone who apparently lived in the house years prior to my auntie moving in so we spoke to my little granny who lived on the same row and she confirmed the name of this woman and man that did live in that house years before. The husband died first and then the lady died. We were so freaked out i have never played the game since. Since having my first son there has been a spirit with me and seems to move house with me too. I am now tempted to get a medium to come to my house to confirm. I believe this person to be a man and he was a smoker as me and my kids get the smell of cigarette smoke every now and then. I dont believe this person is going to or trying to hurt us, just likes to do the odd thing in the house 🤣i love hearing stories of paranormal activity!

Way back in 1969 I hooked up with a hippie commune. By summer 1970 we were all living in a huge old abandoned farmhouse. The landowner didn’t mind at first, we were self sustaining and kept the place clean. But he got a generous offer to sell the land for new highway construction and said we had to leave immediately. We’d always heard noises coming from the tiny attic above the 3rd floor. No stairs to get up there, just a rectangular hole in the ceiling. We had no ladder to reach that high up. A search of the outside showed no broken or open windows do we ignored it all. July 4th we held a weeklong party ending with a huge bonfire. The house caught fire and we thought it a fitting end... until we all heard the screams of a male voice coming from the attic! Fire department and police searched the ruins and no evidence of human remains were ever found. That memory haunts me forever. Every July 4th I raise a toast to “Tommy” the house ghost. We gave him that name after The Who album character.
