It doesn't make you a wimp - I've wanted to do this over a year now (maybe more); I've read all the "threads" in the "Piercing" group; I still don't know if I'm doing this correctly; I'm just crossing my fingers. The worst part is how hard it is NOT to touch them, I keep checking to make sure my tapers haven't moved...they haven't, but it's making them impossible to heal.
