I had the most amazing birthday EVER!!! After 12 years of drumming and wishing I had my own kit, my boyfriend (who is AMAZING and SEXY and everything you could ever want) got me one! He made this the best birthday ever...
Friday night: Gave me an adorable Hello Kitty necklace as a "pre-birthday present". Dinner with some old friends of mine back home that he wanted to meet, so he drove me 40 miles to see them Then out for drinks and back to the apartment for sexy time...

Saturday: Got me more presents...this time a scarf and matching gloves and a new curling iron to replace my old ass rusted one. And he went and bought himself a new outfit so he would look nice for me--he even planned it to look like something a professor would wear, because we had a conversation a few nights before about our most ridiculous fantasies...I think you know where that went lol. Then, we went to dinner with a couple of good friends, then on to our favorite bar where he threw me a suprise party Yep, that's my name on the Marquee out front (and that's the actual spelling, in case you were wondering). Awesome, AWESOME time.

Sunday: Woke up, and he gave me a tiny box with a note(text shall remain private lol) and a Pearl drum key inside! Turns out he got the set forever ago and has had it hidden in our neighbor/good friend's apartment downstairs. Sneaky little bastard! It's the most amazing surprise anyone has ever given me, and to think that he's been planning my birthday for months is mind boggling. I didn't think anyone would ever love me this much, and it feels damn good Then we went to meet my parents for birthday lunch, and then he got to meet my Dad(who couldn't have cared less whether he ever saw me again or not, but oh well) and we came home to rest up and watch movies and cuddle. Perfect ending to the weekend.

And yes, like I had hoped in the previous post, I got some excellent birthday bonin'...actually, lots and lots of it. Be jealous, very jealous
