1. Stop letting other peoples decisions influence your own.
2. Focus on your own mental health now, worry about your friends in 5 years time!
3. Men aren't the be all and end all, life is so much more than being loved
4. Read more
5. Never lose faith in yourself, your only letting yourself down if you do
This was incredibly easy to write to be honest
Could think of a dozen other things I would tell my past self as well lol
