If you want to do exercise and not fuck your back up, do yoga. I recommend Yoga with Adriene on youtube xx

Thankyou for your advice, i will look into it i can do youtube tutorials for basic yoga as i cannot afford classes definitely will give it a go though thank you <3

So, I am starting this new year having a very hectic relationship crisis over christmas, technically single now ;)

Not looking for another man or woman, just a laugh.
Bored of spending weekends in getting high and chatting shit with people not on my interlectual level

Onto bigger and better things this year and that includes my social life, career, love life, family.
