Well, she's gone.

Inara stopped by last night to say 'Farewell.'
The girl is eloping with her soldier on Monday. She left me with a few of her favorite things and the temporary smell of her perfume. The way she hugged Hideki, then hugged me with her black hair falling over both of our shoulders, the sweet small kiss, and the way she smiled and called me her Saffron; I'm left sad but happy. Even Suzume will miss her.
She put her arms over mine as we hugged--something I never got used to with her (she is taller, but I'm used to putting my arm over the girl). I don't think we will ever find another girl just like her, and I am happy that she will get to move on to a blissful world of adventure with this soldier of hers.

So this makes my schedule for today watching scary movies and consuming copious amounts of wine.
