Dear Kelly,

Things need to change.

Your recent behaviour does you no justice. It is easy to hide behind the veil of alcohol, giving a sense of false confidence. If you bottle things up when sober how can you be expected to express yourself competently when drunk?

You have wonderful friends around you. If you could just step outside of your head for a while you would realise they are there for you. You don't have to be alone.

You need to plan for the future. Planning doesn't need to remove the sense of freedom you strive to achieve. It can serve to give you direction, something to work towards. This in itself may liberate you from the demons of uncertainty that hold you back, or worse, that unleash unfamiliar anger.

Things need to change. And they will. I have faith in you.
