There was a bizarre sense of camaraderie in my big, usually miserable office today. And a bizarre sense of happiness and freedom was felt by this little monster.
Our jobs are being offshored. To Hungary and India. I have 5 months to save. 5 months to plan my next move. In the meantime we may be training said foreign job stealers and may have the opportunity to travel to Hungary to do so. I've never been to Budapest though I've heard it is an amazing city. Architecture to swoon for and all that jazz.
Just yesterday I was complaining that I was sick of this rat race and now someone else has made a decision for me that I was too chicken shit to make.
And it feels great
