Unfortunately, while my taste buds have an extremely fine tuned sense of a good red wine my brain does not. I like labels, I like Spanish wine. That is all I know. This often leads me to either a) take a long time choosing b) choose something shit. In fact, it often leads to both. I'm just about to take the first sip of a wine I spent about 15 mins choosing from Co-Op (what a fab wine selection they have. No really!)... Hang on...

I think I need to think about taking a wine course. I can't go on like this
I'm home alone this weekend, it's beautiful! I'll never understand how a person can't enjoy just a little time alone. I've been shopping, I've eaten like a horse, I've danced in front of my mirror and sang whilst wearing my new clothes, eaten some more and I haven't spoken to a single person I know all day. I consider this freedom. Maybe you consider me crazy.
Finally, before I settle down and allow my taste buds to adjust to my stinking Vino, is there anyone reading this who is a member of the SGUK group? My app has been pending for a while and I wanna get involved in that place! It's so hard to get in, it must be cool!

Argh, wine is tough... Too tough for me. So I just grab whatever's cheap and ready at Dan Murphy's, which is always local. So I guess I can vouch for aussie wine. If I'd kept my bottles I'd give you names and years, but it was recycling last week and I finally decided to clear out some empties from the kitchen.
