I could listen to the sad songs on my MP3 player today. The sun came out and I smiled. I went out and drank red wine. Chatted shit. Laughed.

Yes yes, I'm back to normal! God knows I'll do it to myself again soon... if only I was sober enough to tell you how great it all is at the time. I've taken on board all advice I was given in the last couple of days and thank you to everyone... every word was so true. I feel fresher and brighter. I've never wanted to physically meet so many people from one online community. In fact I've never wanted to meet anyone from any online community until I joined SG.

On the way to work to work one song stuck out as a big fat beacon of happiness.
