BELIEVE IT! My laptop is still with HP. Long Story...should be arriving any day for me to take to someone like the Geek Squad at Best Buy to pay for them to try to get off my important information and pictures. They still need to repair it. I have mixed emotions about how the whole situation has been handled. Anyway, my was January 25th. I am now 36 years young I also decided to go back to a variety of blonde Yep thats ME!
