These are the kinds of days where I wish more than 3 little boys could appreciate my cooking skills...made a mean ass breakfast for them consisting of garlic potatoes, really amazing smoked bacon and coconut milk pancakes...the boys loved it, but everyone i informed were welcome to partake all had to either work or go to school...blah. Can't wait for September!!

Geez. That sounds absolutely amazing. I would love to have some of that right now. After eating hospital food for almost five days, I would do tear some of that up. Where can I get a plate of some of those goodies. Could you make it diabetic compliant? *giggles*
