Damn. Between going home for the holidays, trying to drum up some more business and flying my ass off I haven't had much time to keep on things here. That, and I have another thing to detract from my time: I got roped into joining a band.
I've been missing playing in a band, so I was talking about it with one of my students. So, we decided it would be fun to get together with him and his brother and jam a bit. It went well. REALLY well. So, we've been rehearsing and jamming about three or four times a week now. Current idea is to play for the first time in front of people in the hangar up at the flight school. Looks like that's gonna happen since the powers that be think it's a killer idea as long as we do it after hours. Not exactly sure when it's gonna be, but probably sometime in the next couple of weeks.
