So I gave in and put the AC on... for the dogs. They aren't taken the heat well; it's hard enough on a normal day to try and get Scooby to eat; with this heat..it's worse. Took them for a walk; and already at 6am the mosquito's were out in swarms; the joys of living in a heavily forested/swampy area. I have bites all down my back and my legs; and a few on my neck. I was trying my hardest to keep them off Scooby as they are SO attracted to him... regardless of my efforts, he's covered in bumps....

Brother is supposed to come this arvo to cut the lawn. But he's always late... and we have a risk of a thunderstorm this arvo.. so I may be out there doing it. Our tractor is broken; so it's push mower fun! I have a HUGE ass property.... it takes a few hours to push mow it... lol. Especially when bagging the clippings... OI! Hopefully he comes soon; and I can just continue cleaning the house so that Mum comes home from the airport and doesn't have to worry.

Dad hugged me last night. If you knew my Dad, this does not happen often. He does not cry often either. The one emotion he shows most is anger. So getting hugged last night was like a big deal..and I cried. Silly me. Heh. I think the last time he hugged me was when Papa died and I was sitting with Papa in the bed crying.. that was over two years ago; so yes a rare occurence...

I'm on a music craving. I want to go out and buy MORE MORE MORE! hahaha; but I shall have to wait....
