OH my fucking god; I am in SO much pain right now. My lower back; what feels like my kidney areas is just radiating pain. Hurts to breathe, talk, hell it hurts to do anything. I had a higher up pain mid back last night and I took my Naproxen..and it helped... but now it's worn off; and OWWWW. I want to take another one; but you can't without food as it's an NSAID and uber hard on the GI system. The pain is making me want to throw up; and it doesn't help that my stomach is so hungry it's doing pains of it's own.

I am like grinding my teeth right now to displace pressure, and also holding breathe and taking/exhaling small amounts... I haven't had one this bad in awhile; I think maybe because I just did 10 days of work pretty much all on my feet; and oncoming PMS doesn't help either.

OMG I feel like puking......

I know it'll go away soon; it usually fades in and out; but oi. Just needed to rant...
