So; got my car scanned; engine ignition error; again. And it disappeared on the way home; stupid intermittent problems... grrr. So I have to take it to a dealer to have it flight recorded or on the dyno. Yay...there goes my money.
Today is absolutely beautiful out; I have my jeans rolled up because I had no summer pants that fit (either too big or too small) and I won't waste money on more as I am losing.
Humidity is higher than it's been in awhile.... it's 63% and on the rise. But it's overcast.... it's in the 80's right now..
Have laundry to do today; and cleaning; it's supposed to rain and thunderstorm at some point. I hope we get an awesome one.
We got our goldfish and koi transferred back out to the outdoor pond. All the last year babies are starting to get their colours; I'm excited. I'm planning to buy some more so they can breed again this summer; I don't want them to become sterile/weak genes. We're also starting to make plans for a larger pond; one that will endure the winter; probably 5 feet deep; I am excited because I want butterfly koi.
I'm starting to look around the area for cheap houses with a relatively nice yard to get an idea for stuff; as I plan to move out hopefully in the next year. I'm starting to feel a little crazy living with my parents; especially my Mum, as we butt heads on everything. Last night I wanted to choke her. I was looking at places around the area; a freaking mobile home with a yard is like 70-100,000 dollars. I will not get a house without a basement; not when this area gets tornadoes.
I won't get an apartment; because one, I have pets and a lot of places here don't allow them and two I like my own space and not hearing my neighbours conversations through the wall. Oh, and three; I hate the uncertainty. My brother's rented many times and has been left to scramble to find a new place as the landlord/house owner is selling, etc. But, practically for a decent 1-2 bedroom apartment here; it's 800 a month. Yea... it's nuts. It's more worth going for a mortgage. So, I've been thinking about that lately.......
Anywho; I ended up taking a shift on the Victoria Day weekend... just a Saturday one though; my boss was SOOO happy because then she wouldn't have to pay overtime to another staff. I'm wanting to have BBQ/fire at my place; and fireworks but probably won't happen like usual.
