Had a bike ride tonight - came back in and checked out the PSW photosets! When is my heart rate going to go back down?
Bike riding is harder than it looks - much more difficult than merely walking. 10 more pounds to go...
Went back to the Dr. today - and ended up having a sweet day to myself, to shop for CD's etc in 85 degree weather...in January!!! Blood sugar is down to 140 (from over 200) and it appears that I only need to lose another 10 pounds to make the Dr. happy. Oh, health!
Yes, back from vacation; another Dr. appt on Thurs. New insurance... I bought a ton of new CD's in San Francisco; Philip Glass Remixes ("Glasscuts") etc.
