I get to go back to the Dr. on 11/29 - great! I get to 'watch what I eat' for Thnxgvng! 
Now I am on a silly-arse diet, trying to lower my blood-sugar level. 
Ucky! Went to the Dr. again today - blood sugar is high. Must diet and exercise. Not two of my favorite activities. Lovely out-take photos today from Sinope. 
Monday night, and hoping for more new photosets on PSW! 
Back from San Luis Obispo, Santa Marbara, Ventura etc. I love to travel around California. No new music, however - the record stores up there aren't great.
Sunday night already - back to work tomorrow. At least it's a short week for me! Off to S.L.O. on Thursday, ostensibly for the Farmer's Market. Anything interesting in S.L.O. I should know about or do? Any suggestions welcome!

Went to the Dr. today - Pepto-Bismol? "Yeah, they don't know why the Bismol does what it does, but it does". 
Wednesday evening, busily dubbing DVD's of music videos...Japan, Devo, Lounge Lizards, The Sweet, The Specials...keeping busy.
Still enjoying SG PSW group! The PSW's win over the regular SG models, I find. At least the PSW journals are a heck of a lot more positive than some of the journals I've looked at on SG!
