Still here, just about packed up my sled... 
Outta here, away from the computer for a break - until 1/3/06 or thereabouts. Off to San Francisco. Back in 5 minutes.
Blood sugar down to 140, but I still have to diet. Ughy. 
Been distracted lately - started a Flickr account etc. I will definitely be away from 12/23 until 1/3/06. Still dieting and exercising (walking). I go back to teh Dr. in January, hopefully my blood-sugar is better now.
Thinking about British jazz lately...amazon.co.uk has tons of odd stuff...
Staying out of malls, avoiding traffic etc. Getting ready for Xmas, when I get to go someplace interesting (I live in L.A., but San Francisco seems a whole lot cooler to be at during teh Xmas/New Year's time).

Just a hot cockroach Thursday night - still walking my little butt off, eating differently etc.
Dr. visit was OK, didn't lose as much weight as I thought - damn, all that exercising (Walking)...and the diet change...
Back to the Dr. tomorrow. I have been eating better and walking all over hell trying to get the damned 'blood sugar' down. Wish me luck.
