So the whole watching what I eat thing is going really well. I can already tell that we've lost weight. But it's really hard.

Really, really hard to eat veggies and the stuff that I'm supposed to. I just end up looking at it until I'm starving, thinking "Isn't there a pill I could take for this?" Because that's what it feels like - medicine. Steamed broccoli, for instance. I don't care what you put on it, it ain't a pizza or a cheeseburger, man.

I mean, don't get me wrong, it's not bad. In fact, it's decidedly "okay", it's just not even close to what I crave whenever I crave anything. Because when I crave something, it's probably meat... and it's probably fried.

Which is why I'm so fucking fat.

But it doesn't really matter. I've already set myself on this course and everyday I just visualize myself being a thin and trim, sexy motherfucker again. And if stuff like steamed broccoli is what it takes to get that and keep it, so be it. I'm set on this like a bulldog.

Now if I could just muster that kind of willpower against the whole smoking thing... ugh.
