Racoon is gone! biggrin Now I have to fix the damage he and we did to remove him whatever

Oh the joy's of owning a house. When I called my father on the issue last night he procced to ask
"What are you gonna do when you get to chicago all by youself and have a racoon in the attic?"
I told him "I won't have an attic and that I'll have different issues."
To which he played the "We need to sit down and talk." card. Which translates into....."Are you still stuck on Chicago? You need to find a job around here. (NOTE I have a job, it just doesn't pay well.) It cost way too much for you to live in Chicago. Have you called Mr. Delzer yet? Have you called Alex yet? (Both potential connections to long term jobs I don't want and my parents know this) Why do you have to move right now? You went and got this real estate license and spend all that money on getting started (about $2000 for the tests, classes, marketing and supplies) that's alot of money. (now I would say to him I know and I will pay you back. to which he will reply 1 of 3 things: I don't want you to pay me back or what? with all the money you make? or Ok and then I will bust my ass to do it and he won't take the money.) You can't make a living working at the Y what are you going to do? blackeyed

My reply.....I'm gonna get a job as a hooker til I have enough money to move tongue

Kidding kiss

My father made a living working at the Y.

From 1984-95 he was the Food Service Manager at YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch right between Fraser & Granby.

Of course, resort Ys are a tad different than metro Ys.

So yes, I grew up in a Y. How's that for a scary thought.

not an invitation, not a request.......is that a demand

Nah. Just a comment, really. I just didn't want a whole bunch of people going, "Just tell me when, baby!" or even more lewd suggestions...wink

Yeah. The pathetic old men who try to make us blush...impossible, really.
