Home at last. Hmmmm.... Long weekend but it was fun. Kinda wish a certian someone had been there but it's all good. Chicago rocks when there are is a groups of people to hang with. Even though it's better less the drama but I'm over it as usuall

Friday:
Train ride of 6 hours turned into 8 cuz of construction...go figure.
Arrived in Chi. to nice weather and busy city streets.
People need to listen to me when I say "Backpacks"
We lucked out with the hotel cuz we ended up with a huge room with two bathrooms.
I love chicago cuz you can use public trasportation and WALK everywhere.
We ate dinner in the dark......
Went to NEO and had an interesting time......too low key of music but a couple of cute girls

Sat.:
Yummy breakfast at Pick Me Up cafe.
Shopping on Belmont......I got a new belt, two shirts and a hat.
Dinner at a diner and a drink at the bar that doesn't accept creadit cards or start tabs. What???
Ended up at the bookstore to visit K for a few cuz I couldn't go to the Sleepover.
Back at hotel to sleep.

Sun.:
Yummy breakfast at Ann Sathers.
Visit to the tattoo shop. Not for me, for others.
RG visit looking out over lake Michigan......
Shuttle to Union station.
Train into b'ham at 1:45 with 3/4 of my book read, which by the way is good
