Okay so the way I way I read this was different then I think most read it. I thought it was perhaps one story of a valentine's day that started out shitty and turned out amazing! Then I thought wait maybe this is supposed to be two different story's one good and one bad....😲😲😲 so with that being said I think I'll try and go in both directions with this one!
To start with...I enjoy valentine's day for the most part. Never been against it honestly. People say you shouldn't have one day to show a person you love them...sure I can agree with that...isn't it kinda the same as mother's day father's day...you shouldn't have one day to show how much they mean to ya...but on that special day it makes its kinda heart warming.
Best valentine's day...oh my..well I'd like to think the best is yet to come. Let's go back to senior year (yes don't we wish we could...not really but kinda) I recently started to date a new guy super sweet and awkward and geeky I that him for the geekyness in me. Anyways I sat at home all day while he had to work (mail man) yes I dated the mailman. He showed up with flowers of course and we went to so many different restaurants because it was valentine's day and what better thing to do then go out to eat. The wait time was like 2-3 hours so I suggested we go to a pizza place mellow mushroom. It was lovely no wait and he slides a envelope across the table when we sit down....two tickets to see FALL OUT BOY!!! 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 I love fall out boy so this was so amazing! Definitely one of the best valentine's days evaaa!
Now for the worst drum roll pleaseeeee.... let me take you back to freshman year... (no one ever wants that) so I thought I was super cool dating a junior from a different school. Yes my priorities were a little misplaced but hey it was high school. So I'm getting ready for my cool boyfriend who by the way can drive pretty cool right is on the way to pick me up. I thought we were going out to dinner...nope surprise we were going to a party even cooler right? Well we get to the party and thank god I'm good and meeting people because my boyfriend disappears most of the night when I do find him he is outside in the back of a car with another girl...still shocked because this...this right here was not cool. After I kindly knock on the window he gets out and tells me whatever his bullshit excuse for why he was breaking up with me and gives me the teddy bear and card he bought me. Real cool dude. Refusing his half as offer to drive me home I called two of his friends that were girls and they came and picked me up. Told me all if these sweet things "oh he will call you and realize he made a mistake" thank god he never did.
And now finally for my one story about my best worst valentine's day is about last year. I had been with my boyfriend together for just a little while but I requested off of work for this special day because for years I was a server and well valentine's day is one of the most busiest days!! Well my boyfriend failed to request it off. So I was really disappointed that my first really potentially great valentine's day was going to be spent alone. So I slept in I was taking a nice shower when my phone started to ring...well I kept getting calls back to back so I reluctantly got out of the shower and it was my boyfriend. He was asking if I was home and telling me someone was at my door so naturally I freak out...I'm naked wet and cold and you're telling me someone is at my door!?!?! I kept saying what do you mean finally he tells me...I'm had something sent to you..so even though you are alone you know I want to be with you. He had flower's delivered to my house he wanted to surprise me. This was one of the best worst valentine's days. This valentine's day with me our second we have been together for a year and a half today. So I'm hoping to make this one great!
