I made it home safely from burning man, although the welcome wagon was not wating -- my boi and I are over -- so I have spent my decompression unpacking my suitcases and packing up the life that we shared for the last four years.

Despite how surreal it all is, I feel better than I have in months, a little anxious but good, I'm excited to be single again, we were in an open relationship, but now I don't have to navigate any politics which I was never good at anyways. I made my new roomates promise me that they wouldn't let me buy a plane ticket anywhere until at least the end of the month.

I'm really close to buying a plane ticket and fucking off for a couple of months (I have a very large piggy bank that's beggining to squeal) but the smart thing to do would be to stay for a few months, write my GRE's, apply to grad school, and then fuck off while I'm waiting to hear back.

One thing is for sure, I plan on having a busload of sex in the next coming months, my boi would not touch me for the last 6 months.
