Hello again.
Yesterday TB and I had a jaunt down to WGC to see the very cool zoe, a quick surprise for her at work, a few drinks whilst we waited for her arrival, and a change of plan, when the motorway became the worlds biggest car park!! Our planned trip to the gig was never going to happen.
What a nightmare, but Zoe came to our rescue, an evening of drinks food and entertainment. it was very cool to meet up with zoe, a very likeable lady and extremely funny,
A good time was shared between the 5 of us, LLB was quiet but well trained!!
my greatest thanks go to TB for salvaging the few remaining remnants of my apple pie.
And also for the club style singing of every tune on the cd player, I never thought a rendition of touch me by the doors could be so moving and emotional.
Thankyou also to the stone that flew out of nowhere and cracked the windscreen of the hired car!!
But we left WGC with full bellies and smiles.
now it's saturday evening and I have overdosed on BAGPUSS the complete series, a cool kids show from 1974,
I think I need a large something!!

Stupid corporate "wonks" *is that the right term there? lol I'd never been to see her before and I'm sooooo glad I went now. Have fun with your sister and her kids. I'm sure you'll have much more fun in the PUB though! Enjoy your day off today.
